gather_hints (src/skill.rs:31) probes every context and target strictly sequentially, each guarded by a 10s timeout.

Failure scenario: with three contexts unreachable (VPN down), silta describe blocks for 30+ seconds before printing anything, and even with live clusters the total wall time is the sum of every round trip.

Fix direction: probe contexts concurrently (one task per context via JoinSet, forwards for that context in series), capping the wait at the slowest single context.
